Multiple positions available; opportunity to work within different sites / programs Working to full scope supported by multiple medical directives, the RN provides comprehensive primary care nursing as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on the needs of people who are significantly marginalized. The RN conducts analyses of health behaviours related to lifestyle and culture, review of clients’ medical history, physical assessments, and in collaboration with the client, development and implementation of person-centred care plans. |
