2005: CACHCA collaborates with its province of Ontario member, the Association of Ontario Health Centres (AOHC), in developing a research report, Building Better Teams: Learning from Ontario Community Health Centres and and an associated training toolkit Building Better Teams: A Toolkit for Strengthening Teamwork in Community Health Centres.
To compliment these best practices, a video — Hand in Hand: Interdisciplinary Teams in Community Health Centres — is developed to further highlight the impact of inter-professional, collaborate health care at Canada’s CHCs.
