2009: CACHCA authors policy position paper on the Canadian federal government’s role in primary health care, entitled Community Health Centres: An Integrated Approach to Strengthening Communities and Improving the Health and Wellbeing of Vulnerable Canadians and their Families.
The association accelerates its engagement of the federal government and political parties with regard to the essential policy, planning and monitoring roles of the Government of Canada. The potential and promise of community-oriented primary health care are front and centre.
