| POSITION DESCRIPTION | The Supervisor is supported by management to be responsible for overall daily supervision of program staff and services. This role supports our Community Support Programs, specifically programs providing wraparound support services to seniors, youth outreach services, counselling services, and system intake and navigation services. Duties such as creating and managing schedules, monitoring service quality and performance, supporting staff safety, development, engagement and endearment will comprise much of the daily routine. |
