| POSITION DESCRIPTION | Are you a family physician looking to practice team-based primary care with in-house nurses, social workers and lactation consultants? Come and work at the MOSAIC Community Clinic in Burnaby BC. We are a longitudinal patient medical home serving 5 priority populations including: newcomers to Canada, Indigenous, Metis, or Inuit, and new moms and babies. The Clinic is part of the Edmonds Centre for Health Communities and is well supported by Fraser Health, the Burnaby Division of Family Practice, and the Burnaby Primary Care Network! Schedules are flexible and you can work part-time. Clinicians are contracted rather than operating on a fee-for-service basis: meaning no billings, and patients are not required to have insurance.
